Located on a sprawling 2 acre beach site with unblocked views of the Indian Ocean, this 36 storey design driven Mixed Development will encompass a select mix of branded Residential and Hospitality units, coupled with a special emphasis on having the largest Beach Club set up in Sri Lanka. This will be the tallest building in Southern Sri Lanka and located mere minutes from the historic Unesco Galle Fort.
